Help Identifying the value of this Eden Cab

Ok so I'm requesting and hoping to get some help with the value of this Eden 2x10 Cab
I purchased it used at GC back in 2005

An Eden 210XLT should be around $300 or so?

Ok that sounds about around what I was thinking. Maybe I'd get a little less considering there's a stain on the bottom of the cab that was there when I purchased it. Thanks Alex
