Oh I see what you mean. I have not posted any pics of mine. The pic I posted was of the only thing I could find that was exactly like mine. I was just trying to show what I needed. That pic is exactly like mine but the only problem is that I can’t see where the wires are connected.
Can you provide a couple of pics... of your control cavity?
Also, any designate/brand on the pickups, since you have 3 wires, and a stock Tobias IV Standard has only two, for both the neck and bridge pickups?

The pickups only say Tobias on them.

That first pic is the volume pot and the the only thing I’m certain of is that the bare wires were soldered in top
Your 'friend' must have done some serious cranking on the loose pot, to have done that much damage.
Is it the lighting in the pic or is the right tab broken off of the volume pot?

I think it's there, and according to the wiring diagram, should have a connection to the middle tab of the 'Low Cut', and 1/2 of the cap.
I'm looking up those pickups, now.
Yes second pic is blend pot. Must be light all tabs are intact. He said he couldn’t get sound so he kept turning the knob. He grabbed it while I was out of the room and went to town on it!
The blend pot had connections on both upper and lower tabs in the middle. I just cleaned the solder out of them
Since the schematic for the Standard shows a two wire connection for each pickup, and you physically have 3 (stamped Tobias), could this be the Toby IV Deluxe version?

I thought maybe as well but all the deluxe versions have a battery. I also ran my serial number and it came back as standard. Everything I looked up about these pickups kept returning Bartolini products but still never saw a 3 wire version.
I saw a few comments on some other sites about it being a weird setup but being noob I didn’t understand why. I will say I’ve learned a lot in just a few days from here and reading.
