Help Me Decide.

Ive been gigging with a Crate 160 wat 1x15 combo. I love it dearly, but it finally bit the dust. Now I'm faced with replacing it. I have to buy new from guitar center so its financed and I can only afford around 400 bucks. What do you recommend. So far I'm considering these:

I play an old Greco Pbass copy with Ernie Ballflats. Mainly blues, a lil country and southern rock. Love lots of low end not really into much slapping and stuff. I'm kind of leraning toward the acoustic due to expandability but it may just be because I've never had a stack and always wanted one. What will honestly be best for my situation?

Sorry to disappoint you guys, I went and listened to all 3. First was fender.....egh, not good....Then GK. Loved It! Sounded great, small, but kinda moderny if thats a word , a lil brighter than I liked. Pluged in the acoustic and sounded about the same, truned it up to halfway and fixed my eq...AMAZING!!! Great low end thump just like I like it!
