Help me find my ideal bass

Hello TBers,

I'm looking for a bass with very specific features, at around $1500 or preferably under $2k (used or new, though preferably a used higher-end instrument if I can find one):

5 string
34" scale
18mm string spacing
rosewood fingerboard
natural top or body
active/passive switch
nordstrand or similar high-end pups
single coils, big singles, or ability to go from humbucker to single

Any suggestions? A bass made by people, not in a huge factory, would be preferred, but that's probably not realistic at this price point. Do any instruments with these features come to mind?

Might want to check out the Ibanez SR Premium series...looks like it checks quite a few of those boxes for you, especially the pickups.

What I did was buy a MIM Fender 5 Deluxe Jazz, wired it for 18 volts with a J- Retro and Nordstrand nj5s pickups, Hipshot Type A all brass, put me some Rotosounds on her and Boy Howdy!
