Help me ID strings

I picked up a vintageP-bass and it has an old set of flats on it. They're really cruddy and I'd like to replace them *but* I quite like the tension and despite being a thousand years old they don't actually sound too bad. I bet a new set would be great for years.
So, any ideas on what these are?

Flats, black silks both ends (and yes, there's still way too much winding on the pegs)

Didn't someone make strings that were flats on the fretted end, and rounds on the pickup end?

I think Dean Markley. Fretmasters? Or something like that? They do look flat at the nut and round at the bridge, but it may just be weird lighting.
