If anyone is interested, here are a few clips from the European tour I was on back in June.
I'm a bit reticent to share this, there are a few things that are bothering me playing wise.
There seems to be some thinness higher up the bass that I haven't heard from my vantage point on the bass, need to work on a few things...

Very nice work, I enjoy the whole band. That saw and the muted horn are a gas.

I'd muse that perhaps the thinness that you're concerned about is from the mic and/or the mixer, not from the bass. Could be wrong though...

I think those strings sound perfect for that ensemble. And I agree with @dhergert about the ensemble...I've not seen a saw played like that since I was a kid. I wonder what country that bow grip should be named after?

I used Jargar dolce and am very happy with them at orchestra pitch for most assignments.

I've been using Spiro's lately, more to force myself to get a sound I like out of them. If I were, (and may) do the Jargar thing again, I think I would go with the Dolce's. The Medium's feel quite a bit tighter than the Spirocore mediums.
