I play in what I call a “hippie cover band” now. Dead, Phish, String Cheese, Allman Bros, etc. So I’m trying to reconfigure my pedals and consider some new ones.

I’m mostly considering how to line up what I already have.

Current inventory:
Boss TU-3 (Tuner)
Tech 21 VT Bass Deluxe (Preamp, Amp Sim, DI)
EHX Micro POG (Octave up/down)
Spruce Old Growth (Fuzz)
EHX Germanum 4 BigMuffPi (OD/Dist)
Death by Audio Deep Animation (Envelope Filter / Follower, OD)
Dunlop Cry Baby Bass (Wah)
Mark Bass Compressore (Tube Comp)
Eventide H9 (Multi Effect w/exp)
Volume Pedal
Radial Big Shot (ABY)
Boss LS-2 (Line Selector, Efx Loop)

So... am I missing anything?

I was thinking of getting:
Synth Wah
DoD FX-25
Boss DD3
Way Huge Ring Worm
PigTronix DiSnortion

If you have any solid recommendations, please let me know, but give me some rationale and how I would use it.

Maybe like this?

Here's how I've got my board set up and why:

Envelope filter first since it reacts to dynamics and compressors limit your dynamics, then compressor before distortion since distortion usually likes a more consistent signal, then pitch shifting because it works better with a hotter signal, I don't have a wah but I'd put it after the pitch shifter, after that I put my modulation effects (vibrato, flanger, chorus) then delay since this can be a rhythmic effect or and ambient effect, followed by reverb since that is strictly an ambient effect and close it out with a looper.

Tap-Tempo Tremolo and Tap-Tempo Delay with FX loop. Tremolo only the repeats.
Or Trem before Delay
Better still, Have the trem affect the delay's dry signal AFTER it's already hit/split the delay:

Clean Signal > Tremolo > MIX > out
\/__________/\
Delay Repeats
For extra craziness, put reverb on only the repeats or only on the trem'd signal or... yeah, slice it and dice it with dotted quarters/eighths.

If your Trem & Delay are versatile enough you can have contrapuntally opposed rhythmic groupings between the Trem and the repeats: for example my Empress Trem can play different rhythms so I'd set the rhythm to 5, and then set the delay to two repeats...

PS Empress Trem can do pseudo-ringmod schtick

It all depends on what you want tone-wise! It sounds like (and is) a PITA, but it's worthwhile to try each pedal combination in each order. All possible combinations is probably unreasonable, but at least do each pair of pedals each way.

For instance, distortion into a POG sounds awesome, but so does POG into distortion - they just have different flavors. I used to go distortion into POG, but now I go POG into distortion.

Similarly with wah / envelope filters. I used to go distortion into filters, then I did distortion between different filters, but now I do filters into distortion. The possibilities are endless, and there is no right or wrong, just what you like.

All that said, I'd go:

Boss TU-3 (Tuner)
Boss LS-2 (Line Selector, Efx Loop) [start loop]
* EHX Micro POG (Octave up/down)
* Death by Audio Deep Animation (Envelope Filter / Follower, OD)
* Dunlop Cry Baby Bass (Wah)
* Spruce Old Growth (Fuzz)
* EHX Germanum 4 BigMuffPi (OD/Dist)
* Volume Pedal
[end loop]
Tech 21 VT Bass Deluxe (Preamp, Amp Sim, DI)

The rest is beyond my paygrade :)
