The EP2 is fantastic at what it does, I just wish it weren't quite so dark. Conceptually it is brilliant, I just think it doesn't cut through a mix enough. I might have something made that does what it does just in a more relevant manner. The TruTron 3x is an endgame envelope filter for me. It's nowhere near as versatile as, say, a Wonderlove but it makes perfect sounds that mix well. Completely satisfied.

Sure, you are right... EP-2 and BEP are both sounds dark. But i expect it this way. The most bright phaser that CUTS the mix - it was EBS DPhaser, but i have traded it.

I'd get the Empress Phaser or the SGFX Apollo – I like that they have tap-tempo.

You need tap-tempo to kill zombies — find their resonant frequency, match that tempo and KaPOW!
