Help! No money for repairs!

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am currently unable to give any more money to the luthier for awhile!
The problem:
While removing and extremely stubborn 9v battery the black wire on the little cap that connects to the battery poles came loose from the other end, i. e. The cap wires are intact but I have no clue what to solder the other end to .
BTW IT'S A CHARVEL 3b with stock Jackson pj pups.

When I've had that happen, I've been able to look around on the preamp and find where it went. Usually there's a little "hump" of solder, maybe even with a little tab or wire sticking out of it.

Maybe try taking a clear close up and posting it here and let TB have a belated easter Egg hunt to help you find it?
