HELP PLEASE NEED ADVICE

Well, yes and no.
Firstly - does it sound good?
Secondly - is it loud enough?
If neither of them are a yes, walk away.

Your 800RB is;
Low-300W @ 4 ohm Bridged
High-100W @ 8 ohm
Is this right?

the PA wattage RMS should be at least that of the PA.
Above 300w at 4ohms, or you'll blow it out straight away, just by trying to keep up with a loud drummer.
If the ohmage rating of the cab is 8 or higher, the cab won't sound quite as loud.

So in short - try before you buy.

Underground, Go with the GK 800 head...pass on the P.A. cab.
Look around for a used bass cab, there's some great deals out there. Awhile back I picked-up a 4 ohm Avatar 115H cab to use at rehearsals. It's mint, sounds pretty good, loud, has casters....$75.00....and it plays great with my very old GK 800 head.
A month or so back I picked-up a used, 4 ohm, Eden 212XLT....$400.00 The Eden "REALLY" sounds good with the GK.
