Recently I came across a "vintage" (so the ad says) Seville P bass on Craigslist for $90. The headstock on this looks like it was traced directly from a Fender bass. I've done some looking online and have found a few Seville basses, but the headstocks are a bit different and not, what seems to me, to be an exact Fender rip off. The guy doesn't know what year it was made because there's no visible serial # or country of origin stamped on it. I know that Hondo made Seville and that Hondos were made in either Japan or Korea. Could this possibly be a Japanese "lawsuit" era bass? Either way, just looking for some info on it. The pic below is the one from the post. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!
