Help, Should I buy it?

Hi since quite a bit I want to buy a jazz bass, I would love to buy this bass I found online is a fender Vintera II fiesta red with certain mods:

Lollar Jazz Bass elements

Stacked knob configuration with a fase switch

Original fender custom shop pick guard.

The guy is asking 900 for it.

Is it worth it ? Or do you have any recommendations for me?

Thank you for all the advice ,I am indeed buying it online but I will go pick it up my self so any another point to check? Also add that all modifications and the set of the bass is made by the same guy who sells it

I'd check for truss rod rattle. It can create a buzzing noise if it is loose in its cavity. Certain frequencies will set it buzzing.

Potential issues:
Fretwear. High frets. Nut-slot height too low. Slipping tuners. Scratchy pots. Loose input jack. Neck dive.
