I have an SWR Headlite Amp. The Speakon mounting flange (speaker output) supporting the screw holes cracked and will not hold it in place to the chassis. It's a Standard D-size hole position. Would anyone have a recommendation for where I may find and purchase a replacement for it? (note) The speaker load must be 4 ohms and it is a 4-pole male Connector Type. Thanks in advance for the recommendations.

In your case you are lucky because it's the only jack not buried under the jack PCB assy. Be sure you note the orientation of the wires and also install the jack correctly. The wide slot goes towards the top.
