HELP wanted for the mystery bass identification.

Hello new to the forum, I am currently in the process of buying an older bass guitar. My initial thought is that it is a Fender Jazz Bass, but not sure about YEAR, RARITY, and VALUE. If you could please identify through my pictures what bass it is, it would be much appreciated!

Not a Fender. Just a Jazz Bass copy.

Agreed. The squared-off neck heel disqualifies the bass as a Fender.
