I have thoughts about customizing my Squier VM Jazz Bass. My plans include a PJ-setup, a white-pearl pickguard, new volume knobs, among other things.
However, I have some questions regarding the pickguard:
Will every Fender Jazz Pickguard line up with the holes, and fit the bass?
Will I be able to find a Jazz Pickguard, customized to fit the neck P-pickup? Of course, I could switch places, and put the P-pickup at the bridge, but I would really want it by the neck.
