Help with my jackson

Hi all! I was wondering if you can help me; This my bass guitar, a Jackson C20 concert bass (That's what the old owner told me when I bought it) But I just can't find information on it, the images doesn't match with anyone I searched over the net or in the jackson catalogue... It's another model or what?

Thank you!

Both the body shape and jackson logo dont look quite right to me. In the logo, the J, K, and o, along with the c to k connection arent done quite right to my eye. Does it say jackson on the neck plate? Whats it say on back of the headstock if anything? I'm no expert but I wouldnt be surprised if its a another mfg bass with a jackson logo fake added. Sorry, but then again I may be wrong.

Take a look under the truss rod cover, What kind of bolt is it? If it's the typical hex-bolt, I'd say it's a copy,as the jacksons I've dealt with, have a "reverse" bolt. And for the logo, it definitely does not look right.

And If it is a fake, that's one of the MANY reasons why I'd never buy a Jackson.

Yeah, thanks for bringing that up Admpres, Jackson truss rods dont use standard slide it into, hex tool cause of that. Instead tool goes around the outside of adjustment part

It does not say anything; and in the plate has just, a kind of a serial number... mmm, I guess I just own a fake... :bawl:

I know the OP didn't mean this but am I the only one that raised my eyebrows at the title?

On topic now: Double check with Jackson, you never know with all the different makes/models/manufactures/countries every brand of Bass goes through you might still have a legit Jackson.
