On the back by the 2 parallel speaker inputs it says 8ohms at 60 watts...
Is that if I run 2 8ohm cabs?
I want to run just 1 cab. So should I run a single 8 ohm cab? Or can I run a single 4 ohm cab?
Thanks for the help!

Thanks! I couldn’t find much online either... but I was thinking the same...2 8ohms at 60 each or 1 4ohm at 120. I get a little confused with some of this stuff though. I don’t want to blow it up it’s first week lol.I did some looking online but could not find operating specs. If it has 2 parallel 8 ohm jacks I'd assume it can handle a 4 ohm load (yes I know what happens when you assume). I'd also speculate that it is called the 120 cause it can run 2-8 ohm cabs at 60 watts each down to 4 ohms. I think you're safe running a single 4 ohm cab for the most oomf out of the head. If you can find the manual or a spec sheet it would confirm that 100%. I'd guess they changed the printing on newer models as mentioned above because of this confusion.

Yes I have an old Ampeg 115 8ohm cab I’m going to try. I really loud. I reall just bought this for Nosalgic reasons since I started off on one in 1985 I remember it bieng Really. I’d like it to be able to keep up with a full band jamming.Do you have an 8 ohm cab to test with? You know that will be safe and if it makes enough noise for you to be happy with then you're golden. If not you can dig deeper into whether or not you're safe with a 4 ohm load.
That’s what I’m thinking too.My reading of the back makes me think 60W output into a minimum 8Ω load.
