I'd like to spend $20, but could expand to $50. I don't see myself wearing it that often.

I have never seen a Cowboy/western had worthy of my head in that price range...sorry. I have two forget the name of my felt but its a good one and I have an awesome Charlie 1 horse with a skull w/wings emblem, black, rolled straw that I wear now and then. I wore it to a gig last weekend. I find 75- 100.00 is decent to me. Look for a closeout and you might find a decent one cheaper. www.charlie1horse.com

Some advise from South Texas, I'd hold off on the bolo tie unless you're over 70 and own a ranch. And if you're wearing a hat, the boots are mandatory. Nothing says "wannabe" like a cowboy hat at reboks or loafers. Remember The Alamo!
