But....the two I tried out both were in need of new strings and lowered action. So, I was a little disappointed with my first impression of playing them.

I still may make that my next bass purchase though...I don't think they had a fair shot the first time.

Bought mine purely on reputation and Harmony Central ratings -- and got a really good price on one. I haven't been disappointed
