If I had to choose and the Titan and the Heritage SVTCL were in the same price range I would buy the Heritage without a second thought.

The 4x10 cab, you will only get 600w out of the Titan. Seems like a waste to me. You'd be money ahead just getting a Big Block 750 instead, and you can find them used all day long.

Well, obviously that was tongue in cheek, but let's be honest here - I am a tad partial.
As a Heritage CL and HSVT 8X10 owner, it is a little hard to be objective.......
If you want Rachel Bolan's tone and she uses a GK 800RB, why not get the 800RB? An 800RB thru an Ampeg 8x10 is quite common in pro circles.
That said, if I had your budget, your situation & tone goals, I'd nab the SVT & Bergantino NV610 because you want a "once and for all" rig.

Do you have any samples of svt + bergatino nv610? From what you just said I understand this rig will also give me the tone I want but...wuts the difference then?
The Berg will give you a better tone in a more convenient package while being a perfect match for the SVT. Do a search here and you'll get loads of positive feedback on this setup.
As for the 800RB/Ampeg 8x10 rig, it's a classic setup and a safe bet. But since you have the budget for the classier SVT/Berg NV rig, that gets my vote.
NV610= Ampeg 810, but smaller, lighter and easier to move around. IMO there is no reason to buy an Ampeg 810 while these exist, unless you find an old straightback one from the early '70s fairly cheap.
Even then I would take the Bergantino as the old Ampeg fridges are a bitch to move. as they are a bitch to move.
Nothing wrong with a GK800RB, but if weight is no object I'd take an SVT over one any day of any week. One of the reasons those GKs are such a pro standby is because they were on of the first small, well designed SS heads with a great useful voice, and they were easy to dial in and were absolutely bulletproof and stable even if pushed real hard and driven hot. They do sound great, and can thump and put out some solid low end while still cutting through a mix.

Sorry, I don't really feel good about making specific recommendations, too many variables, etc. I'm also crap at knowing what amps give those various metal tones as I don't really listen to it and I never play it, and when I do listen I have trouble separating the bass from guitars, and knowing who is making what sounds.
Why the Henry the 8 cab now? I'm having trouble with your thought processes here, actually. I know it's hard to buy without listening, but in the end all the help in the world is really quite useless until you play your bass through a given rig.
Buy used and be prepared to flip. Works for me, and i know now what I don't like as much as what I like, meaning the battle is half won.
One more thing- just because you have the budget doesn't mean you have to spend it all. In the end there is no amp for all time, your needs and tastes will probably change, just get something that is right for you now. I didn't get my SVT until I had some experience using them, and had heard them on countless gigs. Importing a huge, heavy tube amp, especially to a place where there might not be a good qualified tech, is possibly not the best move, especially since you aren't even sure it will be the one for you.

Because you have the budget, if you go with the cla$$ier rig now(SVT/Bergie NV), it'll be easier for you to acquire the less costly rig(800RB/Ampeg 8x10) down the road.
