Heritage SVT-CL vs BigBlock Titan v12

I'd get the SVT and fridge. But then again, I really like tube power sections, and I'm not big on 4x10 cabs.
I don't understand one thing...why does the SVT get an 8x10, but the V12 only gets a 4x10??? 
I matched up my V12 with an 8x10, and let me tell you the sheer clear volume of this rig is amazing.
One con is going to be, the V12 was discontinued. But maybe you found a dealer with one still in stock?

I want something versatile...and the reason the v12 is matched with a 4x10 its because here in Peru we got no mesa boogie dealers....so the final cost including fees is HUGE...($3k for v12) $200 dollars more than heritage svt-cl...
I was thinking about GK 1001 RB + heritage 8x10. As I said in many posts before I want Rachel Bolan´s tone in slave to the grind....

Ahhh, love the Rachel Bolan sound too. But he used GK 800RB heads
Well, all I can add is between the two amps in the op, the sounds are comopletely different from one another. I love my tube Mesa 400 head as well as the V12 head, and both sound amazing stacked on the 8x10. However the 400 is still more rich in tone. But both grind like no Ampeg. Sorry, while I've had a few Ampegs in the past, it's just not the same grind... very different tone. The cabs alone are going to be very different, sealed vs ported has always sounded very different to me.

Very different sounds from these two rigs! Both will sound amazing. You really are shopping at the upper end of what's available in over-the-counter bass amps, so neither rig could be considered inadequate in any way. Your taste will have to dictate which rig is best suited to you.
I've had SVTs in my own arsenal and on rented backline for 30 years. I find them to be intuitive to set up, powerful, and classic sounding.
I've owned a Mesa MPulse 600 and an M6 Carbine. Both are brilliant pieces of kit with stellar build quality, and for what they're built to do, they do very well. Neither of them was right for me though, and it's very likely the result of those 30 years of using the same gear. You need to see if you can rent each setup for a gig and put each through its paces.
[Edit: I just re-read your post about the fact that you have no Mesa dealers in Peru. That would kill the deal for me. I'd want dealer support for anything I buy new, especially in that price range.]

You´re right about the MESA dealers....but as I said I want to have once for all the best head and cab I can have once for all.
Ohh well guys can you just recommend me? I play in a hard rock band and I´d really love to get Rachel Bolan´s tone in Slave to the grind. My budget is $4500...
Im asking for advise because in my country you cant find or try pro equips...
I'm still not sure why you're intent on pairing up the Mesa with a 4x10. Just get the Ampeg 8x10 and whichever head you like best.
Nobrainer to me. Consensus seems to be that the Heritage is the cream of the current Ampeg crop, the V12 has gone out of production, I'd take an 810 over a 410 anyday, and the resale on the Ampeg should be higher than on the Mesa I would think.
Plus I am a fan of the Ampeg tone - Mesa is good gear but I have always had to fiddle with Mesas to find a decent sound for me.

Just did a bit of listening... that tone sounds like P-bass through an SVT to me. Played aggressively with a pick.
I own a moon jazz bass with emg pickups...rosewood fretboard and mahogany body...listen to rachel bolan´s tone in psycho love, thats the tone I LOVEEEE you really think a heritage rig will help me to get that? I think it will gimme a fatty tone
Only if you play well. Maybe favor the neck pickup on the jazz bass a bit. Sounds Ampeg-y to me.
