I had the odd idea, "East of the Sun and West of the Moon" referred to my former haunt, Manila, Philippines. (Just kidding.) But, hey, an August day in Nashville IS every bit as hot as Manila and 100% drier! Maybe you can't fry eggs on the legendary Second Avenue sidewalk, but I bet you could on my car's roof.
I like that name, Bop Lick City. It does seem like the total opposite of what is commonly heard here, though, in Grand Old Opry City.
