Hi all...
I "use" bass for an year (use, not play, because i won't any kind of lesson) and bass is my personal way to feel and transmit emotions.... i don't know scales or chords, i always try to find the notes that "works well" together, group of notes that can feel me something unbelievable...
I'd looks like a crazy man, but i want to "learn" the bass all on my own, trying all day without a fixed point. I, simply watching videos and playing cover, try to find what the bassist feel playing his songs, with his personale style.... all day i learn more about the instrument, and playing bass is a wonderful thing.
I haven't much money to spend for this "more than passion" (look my gear), my keyword is SIMPLICITY.... i use what can i use and i try to go over the "poor" bass, i wanna make my "real" passion big, because: "is not important the mean, but the essence that you transmit through it"
In this beautiful community there are a lot of great bassists, i admire all them; maybe i can't be considered a bassist, but i like "play" bass because is emotional and funny at the same time.
