Hi All,
I have been playing Bass a few years and I thought I would join this forum. I play blues mostly. I have been playing a MIM J-bass and a CIJ 51ri P-Bass for a while. I bought a King Mortone upright bass and now I am learning to play upright as well.

My dog is old, blind and mostly deaf so that is where the Blind Dog name comes from.

are you going all by ear or using marks or similar on the UB?

So far I have not put any kind of temporary markers on the King. I have been trying to apply the things I already know and play along with some bass lines.
