Hello Guys (and gals)!
I just wanted to say hey to all of the bass players out there! I actually found this site a couple of days ago. I don't know why I haven't found it sooner!
Anyway, a little background on myself:
I'm actually a drummer, and I'm currently a sophomore at the University of North Texas as a Percussion Performance major. I'm currently a member of the 2:00 Lab Band as a drummer. I've been playing percussion for 17 years.
But...
I've been playing bass for 8 years, so I can safely say I'm decent at the instrument. As of now, I am strictly a fretless player, but saving up for a new fretted.
Right now I have a 2005 Ibanez SR-500 which was converted to a fretless by the HG Thor guitarlab, which I've seen has had some customers here. I should be getting it back in a week or so.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hey and hope to see you all around!
