Hidden Controls: Wiring Up Slide Switches?

I’ve got a Warmoth project simmering right now and one of my plans is to have no visible controls, so I ordered the body without holes drilled for pots, just a side mounted jack.

I still want some control though, so I want to mount two slide switches to the rear control cavity cover. One for series/mute/parallel, one for tone. The tone switch would probably be two position: one for tone pot dimed and the other for the tone rolled all the way down.

I’ve never wired slide switches or a tone control to a switch before. Does anyone have a diagram for how either of these switches would be wired?

The bass is my own take on the Joe Dart signature models, taking inspiration from each model, but I just can’t go totally control-free.
