High C Five String EADGC Chord Forms

Just thinking out loud:

but essentially this set up is a 6 String without the Low-B. (much like the traditional 5-string is like a 6-string with out the High-C)

I would look for some 6-string materials and cop those... I would think they would translate to your 'needs' even though you dont have the Lower 5 notes on the B string (Or extended positional range without Low B.. like the low G on the 8th fret of the B string rather than the 3rd fret of the E string kinda thing: you can go higher up the register with use of the C string to the same extent but opposite direction).
