Double Bass high pass filter question

Just purchaced hp filter series 3 is led light on box to stay on when in use just flickers a sec when pluged in

FYI.....The light will flash to indicate the battery is good

Indeed, just chipping in here, I designed the LED circuit to give a brief flash of light if the battery is good, when you plug something into the output jack. I was thinking that I didn't want the battery indicator to be the thing that actually drains the battery. By "good," I mean that you should have at least a gig's worth of power left.
