Hipshot Detuner... C to B?

I'm gonna skip the whole story and get to the question, would it be possible to put a hipshot Detuner on my B string? I would tune the B as a C, but when putting the tuner down it would go down to a B. Would this be a problem because B and C are a half step away? Please help.
