Hissing Problem

Im playing through a GKRB700II and I have my volume at around 2, and I already hear some hissing, if I turn it up to 3, the hissing is very bad, I dont remember hearing this much hissing when I first bought it. Could it be my MXR M80 pedal? Even without the MXR, the hissing is very bad.

It could be the pedal. Take it out of the signal chain and test it. If that's not it, test all of your cables, too. And try a different bass if possible. If you still can't find it, then it's ok to start a thread about it.

I removed the pedal, and have only the bass straight into the GK and I noticed the hissing occurs when turning the BI-AMP Output knobs; boost, tweeter and woofer. The head and cab is only 2 months old. I don't have a different bass.

Thank you for your time.
