There were already multiple editions of Simandl in publication. Considering Mr. Simandl has been deceased well over 100 years, and copyright protection only extends 70 years after the death of the author, I'm not sure who could sue or how they could (successfully) sue.

This thread was originally about the simandl double bass method. It was posted on the wrong side of the board and then an attempt to delete it was made. At this point, it serves no purpose as is.
