hoefner violin bass (beatles bass)

Hi everybody, I'm an absolute newbie to these forums & chatrooms & all that stuff, really.
I play the double bass mainly now, but when I was young :bassist: I often played my electric basses:
1. Hoefner violin bass (very old, built about 1960 or so)
2. Fender Precision bass (about 1977-78)
