Homemade Cab Dolly ideas? (Avatar Cab)

I purchased 2 of these, added a few connecting boards, black carpeted it and as well as holding my stack nice it also added 4-5" height to my rig. I did this because I had a factory caster get torn off on a cab.
Best dolly I've ever used. It flies across parking lots with 2 cabs on it. Only drawback is it has no brakes. Why bother building one?

One of these. With the large inflatable tires, they don't get stuck in the hole in the back of most stairs.

if I wanna install casters on my recently bought TB153. Now, I move it around with a folding cart I bought online. I've been thru 2-3 of those $30 folding hand carts from Lowe's/Home Depot. The plastic inserts, that keep the folding wheels in place once opened, seem to snap and break off after a few uses. THis while moving a single, Neox 212T cab on an angled concrete surface from car to club. This results in wobbly wheels that won't stay open or close properly when folded. Wife now uses them to move her large potted plants around now and then on our patio.
I then found a folding hand cart @ online store with a fixed steel axle, the platform folds up and the handle telescopes into itself. So it still takes little space in back of SUV and is alot sturdier than the previous one's I've used. This one was about $60.00 delivered its about 9lbs but made quite sturdy.
I also bought some 3" casters @ Lowe's and installed them on one of my UL410 cabs. For better portability, they all swivel and two of them have the brake mechanism, works well. My second UL410 I bought here on TB came with the Mesa brand slide off casters, tho I never slide them off, its a cool feature.
I do like those 5" casters I saw in this thread to raise my squatty TB153 abit higher if I decide to install casters on it. So far the cart gets it there from house to SUV, into/out of clubs and back home well enough, so may just live with it as is for now. But still like to raise the cab up about 6" or so. I think that Gramma pad is smaller than the width/length of my cab. I carry a industrial style rubber mat, cut down to 4'x4', was 6'x6', and place it under my cab just to keep it off the stage. I know the corner protectors do that some already. Mostly, I extend some of the mat out front of cab and stand on it to cushion the blow on my knees from these hard stages.
When I ordered this cab I asked Dave to send along a set of rubber feet with it as I was not sure I would use them or casters. He was cool and tossed them in the ship box gratis. Still have not installed the rubber feet til I decide what I'll do; casters or not.
