I developed the theory that if a taqueria looked like you could eat there without getting killed, then it probably wasn't any good.

I prefer to go to the little "mom & pop" taquerias...it seems like that's all they have around Irving (NOT "Las Colinas" or "Valley Ranch"!)

Horchata is indeed delicious. A friend of mine who has a hookah has horchata-flavored shisha- it's probably the best flavor I've tried.

I've had it once at a mexican restaruant here. Was amazing-i really need to go back to that place-the food was great and that drink-holy crap. Amazing.
