Hot Chocolate. Everyones a Winner

Hello everyone,
I've only been playing /learning for 18 months, and I still do not have "an ear" for picking up notes/rhythm in a lot of cases. I'm trying to learn that great Hot Chocolate song Everyones a Winner, and I'm sure I have the right notes down, but the rhythm/timing has me lost.

It seems to be repetitive, seemingly simple but I can't get it. I can't find a tab for it, but if anyone more experienced can give me a helping hand with a tab, I would appreciate it, its driving me nuts. My band buddies are adamant there are octaves at the end of each bar as well.

I've bought Guitar Pro 6, and this does help tremendously, but only if there is a song written for it.

Great tune- that guitar player made up a great part for that song as well.
Sounds like a real bass is playing a pretty simple part as well as the synth bass. Like "Ba Ba Ba"... would love to see a tab as well either way. The main chords are Eflat, Bflat, and F- the main "riff" is Eflat pulled off to D (repeated) (althought to my ear the bass doesn't actually double the riff) But I do. You can throw in octave accents all over the place, whether they are on the original or not, is hard to tell.
