Hotone Ampero II Stage usefull for bass?

Hello,

i can't find much info or reviews of this product for bass.
Has any one tried it? UI seems nice.

Not sure if i should pick this ahead of an HX Stomp.

Any info is welcome.

I returned it in time and bought a Bergantino Super Pre now.
Build quality is good, UI superb. But the Bass sounds and effects were not to my taste.

The BSP arrives today. Can't wait to check it out.

Interesting, I have the hotone binary mod pedal and it's good, but the screen was poorly designed. The setting number (A2) would take up most of the screen leaving little room for what the setting is. If you have the memory in your head to keep that straight then it's a non issue. Plus it was only one effect at a time making it useless to me. Where did you manage to get yours from bc I'm only seeing Amazon and European outlets

I have watched some videos but did not see any Aguilar or Darkglass built in.
Did you import these settings? Thanks to the new 'Catch' setting I presume... (as shown in your picture).
Can you really import any sound from a VST plugin?
Other question: can you export these home-created settings? I mean, if anyone captures an amp that I don't own and wishes to share it, is it possible?

I have captured my Zoom MS-60B+ and MG-30 amps using the Ampero II Catch feature.

I have also captured several VST amp sims including BrainworX, ToneX, Audited GK3 (wow)

Captured Neural DSP's Darkglass Ultra and several Aguilars from ToneX.

They sound phenomenal.

I got this on BF sale for $559.99.

I think the STAGE is overlooked in the bass community.

Best sounding models too.

And yes, you can share presets and captures on the community forum.

my Ampero II Stage presets wouldn't do you any good since I have an RC Bass Booster and Genzler Magellan Preamp before the Ampero II.

plus, with the Ampero II Stage 8x8 USB audio interface, i am using it more as a creative routing matrix.
