How can I do it?

I want a supporting membership, but I don't have any credit cards, or something of that sort.
I love TB here are a great bunch of nice people and now I'm in the position where I can pay to support this wonderful site ( or make Paul richer)
Actually my question is: What other possibilities do I have to pay for a supporting membership?

I think you can sign up paypal to a bank acount, i dont think it has to be a credit card?

Either that, or find a nice friendly TB'er in your area to do it for you if you pay them cash?

I have about the same prob - my card ain't international. And no, you can't use PayPal, at least not now
Maybe a PayPal option should be added?

PayPal is an option, I always pay by PayPal for my supporting membership.

You should be able to use a Visa gift card, you just buy it with cash and it works the same way any Visa card would.
