How do I know which Squier this is?

I'm looking at a possible trade for a Squier with some non-bass stuff that I have.

All the seller knows though is that it is a Squier Precision Bass. How do I know if it's an Affinity model, VM or maybe CV? Is there anything listed on headstock or does the serial numbers have a different code?

Here's an Affinity:::

Here's a VM-Jaguar:::

The MII VM models will have a serial number something like this::: ICSxxxxxxxxxx
And Affinity will look like this::: CDxxxxxxxxx

Not too sure about the CVs though. But it's all on the headstock unless it's been spoofed.

Here's a pic of the C.V. 60's headstock.

I don't have the bass anymore so I can't check the serial number. My Freeman bass serial number looks like this CGSxxxxxxx .

Serial number on that reads CGRHXXXXXXXX
