Maybe so, but I am impressed by the tech. It's obviously done to the original recording; the timbre of the vocals is unmistakeable, and it's not simple pitch shifting because only the thirds in chords and vocal lines are affected. There are a lot more of these out there; Hey Jude shifted to minor is one. HTH do they do that?

I think they're getting hold of the original vocal tracks and then adding reharmonized accompaniment that they produce themselves.
