I've been having feedback issues at the last couple gigs, and now at my new practice space that I just moved into. I've got an fdeck going into a channel of my bassbone, but by the time I cut the lows to kill the feedback, I've lost all oomph to my bass. It seems like something that I could notch out with a decent EQ.
What do you guys use?
The Fishman Platinum stage preamp looks really handy for on and off my pedalboard, but I'm not sure it's EQ would be able to pinpoint the feedback issue.
I'm also considering an MXR 10 band EQ pedal, but I'm not sure how well one of those would hold up for DB use. Seems more like an electric guitar dealy.
Ideally I'd like to have something about the size of a stomp box that could be implemented before it gets to my Bassbone since I switch to electric too.
Any thoughts, or other ideas?
