How do you memorialize the dead ?

How do you memorialize the dead ? Usually with a trip to the cemetery with a drink and cigar for me with a day of quiet reflection.

Interesting that you'd ask this question. I was just faced with this exact scenario.

I am a member of a club and I also serve as the webmaster. We recently had our oldest member pass away and I was asked to find a way to do a tribute to him on the site.

Depends on who the person was to me. My Father? well I keep his dogtags and his birds together in my nightstand.(he was a Colonel in the Army.....died in 68) Friend, usually more of an introspective thing with me. Someone I admired? I have a wall of fame in my shop that denotes such people living and dead.
