How do you use slider strap?

Adjust the strap length on the right side like a normal strap, and make sure the crossover thingy sits in the center of your back. You'll have to experiment and look at your back in the mirror.
I don't have one, but its like a Baby Bjorn carrier I have for our kid.

I bought one years ago to aid in comfort level of playing my old Series II. Unfotunately, I found the strap to be totally unfunctional with the Series II, or my other basses, and it went in the circular file. You might have better luck with a different bass though. I hope this is the case.
