After further thought, I guess if you mentioned anything positive about the Tennessee Titans 3-13 season you might get kicked off Talk Bass. However as a concellation prize they do get the first pick in the 2016 draft (and possibly 2017 & 2018 draft).

Is there an appeals process?

No, it is an internet forum.
Lowness, you are wrong at best, deliberately misrepresenting at worst.
Given you yourself admit you've received some warnings, you would know that the following text is at the bottom of every single warning sent from site:
If you have a disagreement with a moderator (If your thread gets deleted, if you get a warning, etc.), DO NOT post your complaint publicly on the forums. If you would like to raise a complaint regarding a moderator's actions, start a private conversation or email the moderator. If the moderator's response is unsatisfactory, please contact the forum admin staff by clicking the "contact us" link in any page's footer.

If you have any questions or if you'd like to appeal, please leave a ticket at our help desk at Contact Us | TalkBass.com
This is also posted on the Talkbass rules page at Terms of Service and Rules | TalkBass.com

I got a Warning because a comment was missunderstood ..? Then clarified with the op , and all was good . Copy/pasted those chats , but the warning still stands ..?!!? Sometimes folks get things wrong, yet refuse to correct their errors ..!? But , we need to watch our behavior .. cool

You called someone a d***head. How do you think that was misunderstood?

I normally don't discuss warnings with other members, but since you dragged this out into the public, I'll answer it here. Your post broke the forum rules, plain and simple. The warning (a zero point warning, btw) stands because it is against the rules to which you agreed when you signed up. That is all.

Man, don't do that to me. I thought you had just closed the thread.

So, what's the best electric chair for metal? ;)

Oh, and not asterisking the "d" out (and maybe the rest of the word?) is a violation too ;)
