How Fast Can You Play?

Dude, I can play so fast that it distorts the space/time continuum around me. If you put a clock near me while I play, you can see the second hand slow down and speed up. Sometimes it even reverses direction. Any butterflies in the area immediately revert to chrysalis stage. If I play too fast for too long, an atomic-level black hole starts to form and grow right over my bridge pickup.

I've been wondering who keeps screwing up the time/space continuum! Our proton accelerator here at CERN keeps jumping off the rails, just when we are about to recreate the Big Bang. Could you please turn your metronome down to 12,000,000,000 so we can finish up?

Sorry, my bad. Don't worry, I'll tone down to sub-giga speeds since I've also received similar complaints from Cal Tech and Los Alamos. :p

I can play fingerstyle fast enough to keep up with Frank Bello or Steve Harris, at least for a little while. I am 40 and a mechanic, though, so my hands really aren't up to doing that for a long time anymore. I can still Motorhead it with a pick, though. :)

I don't play fast anymore. The last time I did, my hand literally melted off, along with the bass, the amp, and my house. This computer's all I have now, along with this super powerful wireless internet service I found after I learned to play fast enough to go forward in time and steal one.

Yeah, take it from me, DO NOT PLAY FAST. Don't become like me.
