I like the bottom, end better on the Squire flats,but the fender rounds were,(to me) very very close second

For being very cheap instruments, how do you think the SX and Squier Affinity basses sound?

Id like to hear the fender and the SX with the same strings. A groove in pizzicato and another in slap should be great.

I plan on doing a Fender vs. SX w/ nickel lo-riders on each in a few weeks. I could try a little slap, but I'm not much of a slapper.
