How long before you're logged out???

I was typing an extended PM to a TB'er and when I tried to send it, it said I was logged out. ***?!? Yea, I was maybe, but prob not quite 20 min (had to answer the phone for a brief call), and I got logged out? So when I logged back in, all the stuff I typed was gone. Boy am I pissed. Song how long does one have to be "inactive" to get logged out anyway?????

I don't recall ever being logged out in three years unless I logged myself out.

Also, if you're going to type a long reply, I suggest typing it in a text editor or word processor instead of TalkBass.

A quick and dirty "save" would be to Ctrl-A (highlight all) then Ctrl-C (copy all to the Clipboard), at least you'll have a copy of the text in memory that you can paste back in.
