How long did you wait to make your first post?

I decided to work on a bass that I hadn't taken out of it's case in over 5 yrs and hadn't really played in almost a decade.
I was googling and youtubing 'how to work on bass' stuff for maybe a week. I was pointed to Luthier's Corner and TB in general quite a bit.
So, I joined and immediately started a thread as my first post.
I haven't shut up since.

It looks like I waited about five (5) days before posting. I had received an SX with (likely) carrier-induced damage to the finish. For a cheap-o bass, it was pretty decent:
