How Long Does Pro Coverage Usually Take In Returning Products?

On November 30th, I mailed my Ibanez SR506 for a repair to Pro Coverage and its been about 9 days. I was wondering what is the usual time it takes for an instrument or product to be returned after its repairs or replacement. Any advice?

Call the repair facility or PC and ask. The time it takes for any kind of repair work depends on their current work load.

9 days isn't that long. Look at it this way. It can take 3 -5 days to get there and the same to return. So there's 6 days minimum. They don't work on weekends so that's 2 or 4 days that don't count. Then they've got to look at and decided if it's a repair or replacement and then do the paper work for a PC card or repair.

i don't think you've waited long enough.

@Got2sandowskynyc Thanks for the replay and I assumed that it would take longer than the time I've waited so far. Just looking for clarification. Much appreciated!
