Normal nights when work is slow I'm lucky to get about 6 hrs. When we're busy it's usually about 3-4 hrs. Unfortunately it's streaky, so I'll have to go 3-4 weeks of 3-4 hrs and then try to catch up with a week or two of 6-7 hr nights.
i can't let myself get to bed early enough to get the 7-8 hrs i need to function. i survive on 5-6 but i am pretty mushy all day (and i can't handle caffeine, so i am doing it all on nervous energy).
its funny for me to see this today. it is the first day of school here. i went to bed around 2; i was up by 7.
Now that I think of it, I really wish I didn't have to spend 8 hours sleeping. Just the sheer amount of potential video game time makes me wish I never had to sleep.
Probably about 6 hours a night, sometimes less. If I get less than 4, I'm pretty fried the next day.
I don't take naps unless I'm really sick, maybe one or two a year.
