I'd say a used American made G&L SB-2 Second version (the original version had a differnt shaped slab body and 2 single coils w/ a selctor switch and 2 knobs) ...in decent shape...

Probably a bit less than an American Fender Precision of the same vintage so about $450- $575 In my opinion.

VERY nice bass, but they don't typicaly get big money on the used market. G&L's tend to be a bit undervalued on the used market IMO. The first version will set you back more money than the second version.
